School Reports - Parent Portal

To access the portal, parents must have an email address registered with the school, if not, email the school on tuggerah-p.school@det.nsw.edu.au with your current email address. There may be some family circumstances in which both parents may require their own access to the portal. This can be done if both email addresses are registered with the school. If you are receiving our newletter via email, this means that your email is already registered with the school.

To gain access (once your email is registered with the school), follow the instructions below. Go to the Parent Portal https://www.impromation.com.au/portal4parents/?schid=3269 (You may need to copy and paste this link into your browser)                                                                   

Enter your username and password into required feilds. For parents who have previously accessed the portal but have forgotten their password, please click on the ‘Forgot My Password’ link which will take them through a process to reset their passwords. Please note your password in a safe place for future reference when accessing the portal.

If you are new to this portal click on the ‘Don’t have a password? Get Registered’ link at the bottom of the portal sign-in page, then enter your email address. Parents with no current portal account or incomplete portal accounts will receive a ‘Getting Started’ email which will guide them through the registration process.

During the registration process, parents will receive 2 emails:                                                                             
1. A first email with instructions and a default password to use initially. This will give access to the portal to allow them to set up their own password which will be linked to that email address.                                                       
2. A second email will ask parents to click on the link to ‘Confirm password’ which completes the password set up.
3. UNLESS YOU COMPLETE THIS SECOND STEP YOU WILL NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE PARENT PORTAL. Access the portal using your own email address as the ‘Username’ and your newly set-up password.

PLEASE NOTE:  WHEN YOU ARE ON THE PARENT PORTAL YOU HAVE TO CLICK ON THE DOCUMENTS TAB TO SEE YOUR CHILD'S REPORT.
