Welcome to 1/2IB.
We are excited to be a part of your child’s learning journey in Stage 1. Our class consists of 10 Year 2 students and 13 Year 1 students. It has been a busy start to the year, and everyone has settled in well. We are working on the core values of Respect, Responsibility Excellence & Resilience which are embedded into our daily learning. Mrs Ingram will be teaching the class on Monday’s, Tuesday’s, Wednesday’s and Friday’s and Mrs Bevan will teach on Thursday’s.
Our week is as follows:
- Library – Monday with Mrs Duke.
- Drama/dance – Monday with Mrs Maroney.
- RFF – Wednesday with Mrs Marony for History/Geography.
- Sport – Friday. Please ensure that your child is wearing their sports uniform, brings their hat and water bottle.
- Homework – Homework is handed out on Mondays and returned to school for marking on Fridays.
- Scripture/non-scripture – Tuesday, the whole school participates in scripture or non-scripture classes for 30 minutes.
- Assembly – Friday even weeks @ 2.20pm
